Highly Competitive Salary
Competitive salary range: $65,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
Earn an AA Degree
Students in this pathway will be dual enrolled in both high school and community college. Highly motivated students can graduate with a high school diploma and an Associates degree(AAS), advanced certificate, or transfer their college credits toward a bachelor's degree. Most students qualify for free community college tuition.
High Demand
There's a critical teacher shortage across the United States. Schools are struggling to fill positions in core subjects like math, science, special education, and English language learning.

REAL Journey Academies (RJA) is a non-profit, charter school organization headquartered in the Inland Empire region of Southern California. With 14 years of experience, RJA currently operates five school sites serving over 2,000 TK – 12 students and is developing plans to expand operations in the Inland Empire and other regions of California. We provide students with a safe environment that challenges them and helps them excel in their academics and development as a student.
